The Cozumel Island Museum

Housed in a historical building from the 1930’s which was one of the first hotels on the island. Its newly renovated spaces offer visitors in a playful, informed and entertaining way the origin, natural diversity, sailing importance and stories of resilience of its inhabitants. With eleven interactive exhibits and 2 temporary exhibit for local and international artists, visitors will obtain an awarness of conservation to participate in the defense of the natural and cultural values of Cozumel.

Punta Sur Eco Beach Park

The idea place for nature lovers. Wide beaches of fine white sand and pristine waters of intense blue that are home to numerous reef formations and a garden of sea fans that seem to extend forever. Its lagoon system is the home of a diverse flora and fauna with a unique ecosystem. A great variety of birds and animals can only be appreciated right here. With a crocodile and observation tower, a wonderful view from the Celarian Lighthouse, a Navigation Museum and a prehispanic Mayan lighthouse.

Chankanaab Adventure Beach Park

Chankanaab (Mayan name that means “little sea” is actually a coastal cenote (sink hole) of particular ecological importance. In this piece of paradise you can snorkel or dive and visit submerged statues like the Christ and The Virgen, Zipline, Swim with Dolphins, Sea Trek (walk underwater), Snuba (mix between snorkeling and diving), get a relaxing massage, Explore archeological replicas through a tropical garden or just relax on the beach and swing from a hammock.
